Industry · Catalog and B2B

For B2B distributors — a catalog buyers can actually search.

Stop emailing PDF price lists. A searchable catalog with downloadable spec sheets, an RFQ form that lands in your CRM, and admin tools your team can run without us.

A sunlit warehouse with dock doors open to a Vancouver harbour, freighter on the water, a laptop on marble showing a B2B catalog.

The three problems we see most

Where wholesale operations leak revenue online

Pattern we see across every B2B audit: the catalog format is wrong, the RFQ workflow is broken, and the data is invisible.

A weekly PDF catalog nobody opens

Your sales team mails out a 60-page PDF every Monday. Buyers cannot search it, the page-2 product is invisible, prices are stale by Wednesday. You quote against your own outdated document.

RFQ requests buried in email

A buyer wants a spec sheet, you find the right file three days later. Meanwhile they have already requested the same spec from your competitor — who replied in an hour because their site had a download button.

No data on what buyers actually look at

You have no idea which 20 products attract 80% of buyer interest, so you guess on which to push, discount, or discontinue. Stocking decisions are gut-feel, not evidence.

What we ship for B2B

One catalog package, four concrete deliverables

  • 50 to 500 products with categories, search, and clean product cards.
  • Downloadable PDF spec sheets per product — buyers self-serve at 2am if they want.
  • RFQ form routed straight to your CRM with full product context attached.
  • Admin training so your team owns the catalog after we hand over.

A live demo we built

A working B2B catalog skeleton with product search, downloadable spec sheets, and the RFQ form connected to a CRM.

FAQ

What B2B operators ask first

We have 500 products and they change weekly. Can the site keep up?
Yes. We design the admin UX around bulk imports from your existing source — usually a spreadsheet or your ERP. New products land in batches; price updates are one form field. Your team owns the catalog from day one, not us.
How is this different from Shopify or WooCommerce?
Shopify and WooCommerce are excellent for B2C transactions — adding to cart, checking out, paying. B2B catalog is a different shape: customers want to compare specs, download datasheets, and request quotes through your sales team. We build for that flow, with payments only if you specifically want them.
How long until launch?
21 to 35 days from kickoff. Catalog skeleton and 50 product cards in week 2, full import and RFQ wiring in week 3, admin training and launch in week 4 or 5. Schedule depends on how clean your current product data is.

Stop quoting against your own stale PDF.

A 20-minute call and an 8-page PDF will tell you whether your current catalog needs a refresh, a rebuild, or an integration with your existing ERP. CAD 497.
