The ranges are real, not anchoring tricks

Setup bands like CAD 2,000–3,500 cover honest variation in the work, not a high-low sales script. Here is what moves a project up or down within its band.

Integration count

Each connected system (your CRM, calendar, accounting, ad platform, SMS provider) adds ~4–8 hours of setup, testing, and credential management.

Content production

If we write your service-area pages and source images, that adds 1–2 days vs. you providing copy and photos. We charge for writing only when asked.

Custom design vs. pattern reuse

Most packages reuse a clean dark-mode pattern that ships fast. Custom layouts, custom illustrations, or matching an existing brand precisely add design hours.

Volume on data jobs

A 50-product catalog and a 500-product catalog both fit in the same package band — but the high end of the range covers admin training, bulk-import scripts, and edge-case product types.

What clients ask before the audit call

How long until I actually see leads?
Depends on traffic. If your site gets even 50 visitors a week, the Lead Automation package starts catching 1–3 real conversations weekly within the first month. The Trades Bundle adds local SEO so organic traffic grows over time — most BC trades clients hit 8–15 leads a week by month three.
Can we keep the automation if we part ways?
Yes — the workflows are yours. We export them, transfer the credentials to your own accounts, and walk your in-house person through running them. No hostage situation, no "you can't leave because we hold the keys" trick. That is one of the reasons we operate our own infrastructure in the first place.
Do you take milestone payments?
Yes. Default split is 50% at kickoff and 50% on delivery. For the Trades Bundle we usually do 40 / 30 / 30 — kickoff, site live, automation live. Audit is a flat CAD 497 paid up front and is credited against any larger package you take after.
What is NOT included in the listed prices?
Domain registration, paid stock photography licences, paid ad spend, and any third-party SaaS subscription you ask us to integrate (e.g. your CRM seats, your email platform). Those run on your card with the vendor directly — we never mark up someone else's subscription.
