Case study · Trades demo

New lead → message channel in under 10 seconds.

A working demo of the pattern that the Trades Bundle and the Lead Automation Package ship. The contact form on this site posts through the same pipeline — try it now if you want to see the round-trip.

A white contractor pickup at a BC coastal jobsite in golden morning light, with a half-built deck behind.

Outcome we measure

One number that decides whether trades automation is worth it

Time-to-first-response. The industry research consistently shows that a lead contacted within 5 minutes is roughly 9× more likely to convert than one contacted after 30 minutes. Most BC trades reply same-day at best — Tuesday morning to a Sunday-night form. The pipeline closes that gap mechanically, before anyone touches a keyboard.

Verified contractor numbers will land here as paid clients sign off on publishing them. Until then, the demo is the proof: the form on /contact posts through the same pipeline, and you can watch the round-trip yourself.

How the demo works

Four steps, end-to-end

  1. 1. Visitor submits the quote form

A homeowner on a job-site phone fills name, email, and a one-line description of the work. The form is two fields plus a message — no 12-field qualifier wall that scares off serious leads.

  2. 2. Form posts to an automation flow on our infrastructure

In two seconds the submission is validated, deduplicated against the last 24 hours of leads, and tagged with the service-area it came from based on the page URL the form was submitted on.

  3. 3. The contractor gets an instant message

A push to the contractor's phone — through whichever channel they prefer (Telegram works well because it is free and reliable on a job-site). The message contains the lead's name, the form contents, and a one-tap call-back link.

  4. 4. The lead gets an auto-reply

"Thanks {Name} — got your message. I'll call you back this morning. In the meantime, if you want to lock in a slot, here is my calendar." The auto-reply contains the contractor's calendar link and writes the lead to a CRM row.

Walkthrough video

60-second screen recording

A 60-second walkthrough video is being recorded — form submit, alert on phone, auto-reply landing in the lead's inbox, CRM row appearing. It will land here as soon as it is captured. Meanwhile, the live form on /contact posts through the same pipeline, and you can watch the round-trip yourself.
